Even in the midst of the controversy of Facebook performing experiments on users to manipulate their emotions, one cannot deny that Facebook is undoubtedly the world’s largest Social Network. This means that everybody and their dog is on it and this also means that Facebook is sometimes the only means of communicating with some of those people.
To make communication even more convenient, Facebook is now releasing a Messenger App optimized for the iPad‘s large screen. Previously, if you had to chat on the iPad, you had to make do with a blown-up version of the iPhone App, which wasted all that extra screen-estate.
Coming to the features, it is the usual: Messages, Pictures, Stickers, VoIP Calling, etc.
While Messenger has been optimized for the iPad, it is not yet known when the Messenger App for Android will get the “Tablet Treatment”.
