Google Glass is a product that was well-ahead of its time. Glasses you wear that can provide you with information and record whatever is in front of you? Everyone was paranoid that it would be too drastic a change, and that’s why Google withdrew Glass from the consumer market.
But while Glass wasn’t popular with consumers, it fit right in in the enterprise sector, where goofy gadgets and Big-Brother esque spying are pretty common.
And that’s why Google started reworking Glass for the enterprise sector, and one of its prototypes (which was also spotted in an FCC document) has popped up on eBay.
The listing has been put up by a pawnshop, and has grabbed the attention of bidders, with the price already up thousands of dollars.
