Google has announced that it is making $150 worth of top-notch professional plugins completely free. These plugins are from the company Nik, which it acquired some years back for its Snapseed app.

It got professional-grade plugins too as part of the package, and soon discounted them. Now, it is making them free, and as a  sign of goodwill, those who have bought them in 2016 will be refunded.

These plugins range from making quality B&W conversions to HDR plugins and much, much more. They are much better than the stock tools offered in Lightroom and Photoshop, and give you more control.
