Nintendo announces new 3DS Variants

The 3DS didn’t do well initially, but after a slew of great game launches and a huge Price Cut, it finally caught on, and absolutely slaughtered the sales of the Playstation Vita.

After the 3DS, the 3DS XL was launched, which was essentially an enlarged version of the 3DS, as it offered no changes except that off a bigger screen and a bulkier form factor.
